COMMERCIAL GYM EQUIPMENT

Client challenge:

Dyaco Commercial needed to create content to engage their email subscribers who downloaded equipment brochures, as well as their social media followers. They requested regular email newsletters and social posts which educated their customers about what was going on in the commercial gym market, as well as promote their current commercial fitness equipment aimed at gym owners and operators across the UK.

Wordsmith Matt’s approach:

I conducted desktop research of current industry trends, identified key themes to write content around for the quarter. Each email newsletter was then written using the most up-to-date, topical content to be relevant and fresh for the client’s audience. Each email newsletter’s content was then repurposed into social media posts.

This has been repeated multiple times for many campaigns now, with topic ideas and suggestions largely being approved as relevant to the client’s product offering.

 

Client results:

This particular campaign had a 21.72% open rate and 1.13% click through rate. That has translated into enquiries for the sales team from commercial gym operators looking to purchase brand new equipment. 

At least 10 campaigns have now been completed and continues to be provided by me because the client was really impressed with the quality of the content and reliable, consistent results.

In particular, this client has been impressed by how this process has been handled end-to-end with minimal input needed from them. From topic ideas and research, to laying out and publishing using their email software and social post scheduler, every step was handled, not just the content creation.
